We reserve the right to remove any user submitted content at our discretion, without notice, if we determine it violates these terms or our community guidelines.
5. Prohibited Conduct
When using JolyPlay you agree not to do any of the following:
Post or submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, obscene, hateful, or discriminatory. Submit fake, paid, or manipulated game ratings or reviews. JolyPlay provides links to official storefronts such as Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation Store, Google Play, and the Apple App Store to help users find and download games.
These links direct users to third party platforms. JolyPlay is not responsible for the content, availability, pricing, or terms of those third party platforms. We do not host or distribute any game files directly. We do not link to unofficial, cracked, or pirated versions of any game. Clicking a download link does not constitute a purchase or endorsement by JolyPlay.
7. Advertising
JolyPlay displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. By using JolyPlay you acknowledge and agree that advertisements may be displayed alongside editorial content on our website.
