JolyPlay is a project developed and managed by SocialExpertz (socialexpertz.com). References to “JolyPlay”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to SocialExpertz as the operator of JolyPlay.com.

Upload content that contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful or disruptive code. Use JolyPlay to send spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional content. Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from JolyPlay without our written permission. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, databases, or any other part of our infrastructure. Engage in any conduct that disrupts, overloads, or impairs the performance of JolyPlay. Use JolyPlay in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

5. User Submitted Content

JolyPlay allows users to post ratings, written reviews, screenshots, and comments. You retain ownership of the content you submit, but by posting on JolyPlay you grant us the following rights:

A non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to display, reproduce, distribute, and use your submitted content on the JolyPlay platform for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.

You must not submit ratings or reviews for games you have not personally played. You must not coordinate with others to artificially boost or lower a game’s rating.

JolyPlay does not accept paid, sponsored, or incentivised reviews under any circumstances. Any user found to be engaging in rating manipulation may have their account permanently terminated.

JolyPlay provides links to official game storefronts including Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation Store, Google Play, and the Apple App Store to help users find and access games legally.

We do not host or distribute game files of any kind. We do not link to unofficial, pirated, cracked, or unlicensed versions of any game. Clicking a download link on JolyPlay will take you to a third party platform governed by that platform’s own terms and conditions. JolyPlay is not responsible for any transactions, purchases, or disputes that occur on third party platforms.

8. Advertising

JolyPlay is free to use and is supported by advertising served through Google AdSense. By using JolyPlay you acknowledge and accept that advertisements will be displayed on the website.
